# Energia ($GIA)

Energia, called "GIA" for short, is the stable utility token for Bounty Temple. It functions similarly to a stable coin. $GIA can be minted from in-game activity with no limits. The supply and price of $GIA is kept stable via an efficient mix of utilities and [proprietary algorithms](/whitepaper-v1/marketplace-and-tokenomics/proprietary-algorithms.md) employed by Bounty Temple.
